We’ve been receiving a large amount of spam emails this year, which has forced us to use stronger methods of filtering our mail.

While we’ve been getting to grips with the new software, it’s possible that one or two legitimate emails have been mistakenly labelled as spam and deleted.

During the week we will always answer emails on the same day they were received, or the following day if they were sent during the evening. Emails sent at the weekend will be answered on the Monday.

If you’ve sent an email within the last two to three weeks and haven’t received a reply, please send it again or call 015242 42478.
